Here is how it all started ... The history of the refuge / association
"Suflete Dragi" by Alina and Anda
The first refuge: The Frumisani refuge until October 7, 2013. When I met Anda on my 1st trip to Romania, she had 140 dogs in the garden of her house, all saved from certain death.
The 2nd refuge: The Jilava refuge from October 7, 2013 to the end of December 2014

At the refuge in winter, it is down to less than -25 degrees, the loulous are buried in the snow, the storms are very powerful ....
